Submit Your Application
•Please call the customer service number or add the customer service WeChat, fill in the product information and personal information, and submit it to the customer service.

Ship The Products
•After the repair application is successfully submitted, we will notify you to send it back to the designated after-sales repair service center. You can contact the relevant customer service staff to send the express delivery number.

After-Sales Maintenance
•GoSLAM after-sales center will conduct a comprehensive inspection upon receiving the product. For products not covered by the warranty, you will need to confirm the quotation and pay for the repair. Repairs are free of charge during the warranty period. You can consult customer service to inquire about the repair progress and costs.

Returning Products
•After the repair is completed, the after-sales center will send the repaired product back to you. After receiving it, please contact the relevant customer service staff to confirm receipt, and the repair is completed.
Repair Costs
• Within warranty repair service: Free repair, no need to pay for it;
• Out-of-warranty repair service: Paid repair, the after-sales service center will send you a detailed quotation.

• Any unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs not performed by authorized GoSLAM service providers may void the warranty, including eligibility for extended warranty services both within and beyond the original warranty period.
• If the original factory warranty has expired, users may purchase extended warranty services by following the procedures outlined in the extended warranty plan.

• Before applying for after-sales repair service, it is recommended that you contact online customer service through the WeChat service account first, perhaps we can solve your problem online.
• Before applying for after-sales repair service, in order to protect your privacy, please back up all personal data information in advance and remove the SD card; if your personal data is lost during the repair process, GoSLAM does not assume responsibility for damage and loss of personal data during the repair process.
• Please provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt and order number.
• When mailing the device, please return it using the original packaging(including the shock-absorbing materials).
